Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

Location: Taunton Outskirts (own transport required due to rural location)

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: £24,000-£26,000 Dependant on Experience

Hours: 9am - 5pm Mon-Thurs, 9am-4pm Fri (36.5 hours/week)

As the Customer Service Administrator, you will:

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain and update customer and sales records.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth information flow.
Support the sales team with administrative duties and meeting arrangements.
Assist with creating simple promotional materials or presentations when required.What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in customer service where the customer has been the priority. This would ideally have been gained in an office but a retail or hospitality background will also be considered.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Confident using Microsoft Office and keen to learn CRM systems.
