Your new role
We are seeking a Technical Support Professional to provide operational support across a range of critical applications deployed on amon platform within a secureernment environment. The role involves monitoring incident management queues, performing first‑line investigation, applying initial remediation, and contributing to the rollout of system enhancements and patches.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide day‑to‑day support for a range of production IT services and critical applications.
2. Monitor incident management queues and respond in line with service expectations.
3. Perform initial technical triage and implement authorised remediation steps.
4. Assist technical teams with deployment of enhancements, configuration updates, and patches.
5. Produce high‑quality documentation andmunicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
6. Support continual service improvement initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
7. SC Clearance Eligible (Based in UK for 5 year)
8. Logical, methodical problem‑solving approach.
9. Excellent written and verbalmunication skills.
10. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including:WordPowerPointExcelTeamsSharePointOneDrive
11. Experience working with incident, problem, and change management processes.
12. Background in supporting production IT services.
Desirable Skills
13. Experience with Remedy incident management system.
14. Experience with SharePoint On‑Premises configuration and support.
