Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Mobile Utilities Surveying Unit (CCTV) Operative to join our team based in Dovenby, Cockermouth. This is a field-based role involving CCTV surveys of drainage and utility networks using specialist equipment.
You will work as part of a two-person team, travelling to sites across the North-West and sometimes further afield. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in the utilities and surveying sector.
Previous CCTV surveying experience is preferred, however, full training can be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct CCTV surveys of drainage and utility systems
* Operate specialist CCTV surveying equipment and vehicles
* Capture and manage survey data accurately
* Prepare clear and detailed reports
* Maintain equipment and follow safety procedures
* Work effectively as part of a two-person team
* Travel to sites as required
Requirements
Essential
* Clean UK driving licence
* Excellent computer literacy
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong teamwork skills
* Willingness to work outdoors and travel
* Experience in utilities
* CSCS
Desirable
* Experience in CCTV surveying, drainage, or utilities
* Construction or field-based background
* EUSR Water Hygiene – training can be given if required
