We are seeking a Salesforce Partner Portal Administrator to work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and partner users to ensure a seamless portal experience, support business processes, and implement improvements. Proven Salesforce administration experience, especially managing Partner or Experience Cloud portals, including user setup, permissions, profiles, roles, and access management, is required. Experience in 2nd line support and portal configurations is also essential.

Responsibilities
* Portal Administration: Manage user setup, permissions, profiles, roles, and access; maintain portal configurations and custom components.
* User Support & Enablement: Provide Tier 2 support, troubleshoot issues, create support materials.
* System Maintenance & Improvements: Identify automation opportunities, collaborate on technical enhancements.
* Security & Compliance: Ensure secure access, conduct audits.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with various teams, participate in testing and releases.
Key Requirements
* Proven Salesforce administration experience, managing Partner or Experience Cloud portals.
* Understanding of user management, roles, profiles, permission sets, data visibility.
* Strong troubleshooting skills, user-centric approach.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a global tech company or with external partner ecosystems.
* Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Slack.
