At AXA, we’re seeking a dedicated individual to join our People Services team in Bolton on a full-time 12-month fixed-term contract.
As a People Services Advisor, you’ll play a crucial role in helping our customers find the right solutions, whether through expert advice over the phone, handling tasks via our case management system, Help, or managing email inquiries efficiently. You’ll also monitor and quality-check tasks supporting our business processes and assist in administering vital HR projects within our HR system, MyWorkday.

At AXA, we promote flexible working, allowing our employees to balance home and office work effectively, with at least 40% of the week spent outside the home, moving to the majority of work from September 2025. What you’ll be doing:
* Answering incoming calls to the People Services team, providing advice and assistance.
* Managing a portfolio of cases in the Help system.
* Administering People Services tasks efficiently, covering the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding and screening to leavers.
* Escalating issues to leaders, People Services, and the business when necessary.
* Delivering quality customer service while collaborating with other teams, such as payroll.
* Prioritising and managing tasks in the inbox.
* Maintaining accurate data in MyWorkday and the Help system.
* Providing HR support and advice to employees, managers, and candidates.

What you’ll bring:
* Experience in a customer service telephone-based role and proven administration skills.
* Customer-focused with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Experience using Case Management Systems.
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
* Understanding of Data Protection and associated risks.
* Proficiency in MS Office and IT tools, with accuracy and speed in updating HR systems.
* Experience in HR Shared Services and knowledge of employment law is advantageous.
