With that success comes aggressive hiring and they’re now Looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Manager to roll up their sleeves and source the best candidates for some of the most unique tech roles in the industry.
You’ll lead recruitment from initial hiring manager requirements through headhunting & interviewing to onboarding; building talent pipelines and managing external agencies.
If you have a proactive mindset, strong stakeholder management skills and you thrive in fast-paced environments owning bold and ambitious projects, this role would be perfect for you.
Skills and Experience Required:
1. 3-6 years’ technical recruiting experience at tech firms (HFT hiring experience is a huge plus)
2. Successful background in sourcing and closing technical talent
3. Experience recruiting into varied roles, such as C++, Python, DevOps, Trading Ops, Quants
4. Outstanding communicator; able to disagree constructively and face off to business & engineering leaders
