Your mission
You will play a key role in leading the development of our internal interfaces and tools. You'll work across the full life cycle: initial concept, design, implementation, and production rollout. We follow modern development practices and expect you to implement quality software suited for CI&CD. You will solve complex problems using simple, elegant solutions.
Your profile
* Lead a small team of Engineers front end and back end
* Own the Technology road map as we scale to multiple sites globally
* Develop scalable backend services using Node.js frameworks like Express.js or NestJS.
* Build responsive, SEO-optimized frontends with React.js frameworks such as Next.js.
* Design and implement RESTful APIs with a focus on security, performance, and scalability.
* Write and optimize SQL queries for relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) to support application features.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, architect solutions, and deliver high-quality code.
* Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and tools like Docker and Terraform to deploy and manage applications.
* Utilize Redis or RabbitMQ for caching and asynchronous processing when applicable.
* Must-Have Skills:
o Proven experience with Node.js frameworks (e.g., Express.js or NestJS).
o Hands-on expertise with React.js frameworks (e.g., Next.js).
o Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript, writing clean and maintainable code.
o Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, including authentication and documentation.
o Solid understanding of relational database concepts and practical experience with SQL queries and performance optimization.
* Nice-to-Have Skills:
o Familiarity with Redis for caching or RabbitMQ for message queues.
o Experience with Docker for containerization and IaC tools like Terraform.
o Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP for deploying and scaling applications.
* Soft Skills:
o Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
o Excellent communication and teamwork in an Agile environment.
o A proactive learner, eager to stay updated with emerging technologies.
