Purpose of thejob
The VP of Rewardswill workwith the Chief People Officer to provide thought leadershipandexpertise to help us develop and implement a remuneration strategythat plays a key role insupporting how we attract retain and growtalent globally across The CollinsonGroup.
You will ensure all aspects ofpay reward benefits and policy are focused on diversityandinclusiveness to ensure accessibility and equality of approachand our offerings to allcolleagues.
You will review ourexisting frameworks practices and range of benefits alongside ournew levellingstructure to establish a clear meaningful andmotivating remuneration structure at eachlevel.
Youwill introduce a global benchmarkingmethodology that informs key decision making and adopt aglobalmindsight as you look to strengthen our purpose driven highperforming culture.
KeyResponsibilities
Contributetowards the evolution implementation and embedding of ourlevelling
framework
Maintain a good understandingof the external market and innovative compensation andbenefitsbeing offered by leading employers
Lead on providingstrategic direction to the development of pay reward recognitionandbenefits strategies
Develop and present proposals tostrengthen our benefits offerings with a specific D&Ilensand market led solutions within a global single globalframework
Develop a promotion and internal movementframework to inform decision making in
relation toremuneration
Develop a framework that enables theprovision of total reward statements
Define clear jobfamilies market data and comparators in order to run cyclicalinternal andexternal benchmarking
Run adhoc remunerationprojects
Develop a robust governance structure for allreward processes and policies
Provide expert advice to theleadership and annual remuneration processes ensuring theprocessesare fair and equitable and in line with the rewardstrategy
Design bonus structures
Provide expertadvice on all elements of reward to the P&C leadership teamand other
senior business leaders
Act as a keymember of the global People & Culture team and keep themfully engaged onreward principals governance policy andprocesses
Manage the global annual salary review and bonusscheme process in line withexisting
timescales
Run gender pay gap and raceand ethnicity pay gap reporting andrecommendations
Preferred knowledgeskills and experience required
CIPD qualification at degree level
A good understandingof and experience with multicountry remunerationstrategies
An excellent relationship builder with acollaborative approach establishing credibility
competenceand confidence with key internal stakeholders
Strongnumeracy skills and high attention to detail
Up to dateknowledge of benefits legislation
Confidence to becredible and be able to influence with and withoutauthority
Experience of working with crossfunctionalmatrix and complex stakeholder groups in afastmovingenvironment
Experience and understanding of salary reviewprocesses job matching and job
evaluation principles isessential
Experience of managing thirdparty supplierrelationships with the ability to summarise
qualitativeresearch from multiple sources.
Experienced in analysingtrends creation of the business case and presenting theoutputs
to enable and support robust business decisionmaking
