The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice IT Technician to join our dedicated IT Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn while you earn, providing vital first and second-line technical support to staff and students and ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems.
Responsibilities
* Based primarily across Slough and Langley campuses, be the first point of contact for IT queries.
* Diagnose and resolve a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues with a logical approach.
* Escalate complex problems where necessary while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
* Contribute to the reliability and efficiency of the IT infrastructure that supports teaching, learning, and administrative activities across the college.
