Plumber required for a leading Facilities Management company to carry out planned, reactive and preventative maintenance on a large commercial building in Lerwick, Shetland. The position is permanent, full‑time, with a salary of £36,000‑£38,000 per annum and a relocation package available.

Responsibilities
* Planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
* Fault finding and repairs on plumbing systems
* Maintenance of hot and cold-water systems
* General pipework repairs and installations
* Support compliance and health & safety procedures
* Use of PDA/tablet systems to manage and complete works
* Assist wider FM teams when required
* Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
* Previous experience within Facilities Management or commercial maintenance
* Experience working on commercial plumbing systems
* Good fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
* Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
* Basic IT skills
