This is a Field Based role covering: MK, OX, HP, RG, SL, UB, W, WD HA - can be flexible

Your responsibilities:

* To inspire, develop and lead a team of Business Development Managers and to support them with their customer base of national Kitchen showrooms.
* To manage your own defined territory of national kitchen showrooms and deliver an exemplary Customer Experience. Execute a customer visit/contact strategy to cover all accounts on an appropriate basis to maximise turnover.
* To promote the BSH brands and products to achieve set objectives and commercial targets. Ensure brands and products are presented in accordance with brand guidelines and all assets and promotional materials are up-to-date including digital assets throughout the national kitchen showroom network.
* To support the Business Development Manager team to deliver a supreme Customer Experience so that customers feel valued and appreciated, whilst always considering the long-term interests of BSH.
* To lead your team to identify customer knowledge gaps then arrange and personally deliver customer training as required using all tools available whether online, in customer premises or at BSH locations.
