Role: Change Manager - Salesforce
Location: Remote
Contract: Initial 3 months
One of the leading Salesforce Partners in the ecosystem is scaling their team for a Salesforce Change Manager. They have a strong pipeline of complex, enterprise-scale implementations across UK, EU, and US, covering multi-cloud and multi-industry projects.
This urgent contract opportunity involves supporting a digital transformation project within the Financial Services and Banking sector. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand the broader impact of change, develop appropriate plans, and assist with training planning and delivery.
Your experience should include:
* Hands-on experience managing change in technology projects
* Expertise in training planning, content strategy, and delivery
* Experience conducting change impact and readiness assessments
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce products
* Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
* Recognised Change Management certifications (APMG, Prosci, ADKAR)
* Salesforce certifications (preferred)
* Consulting experience in Financial Services (desired but not essential)
This is a fully remote role, and candidates must be immediately available. You should be a self-starter, comfortable working with senior stakeholders, passionate about continuous learning, and focused on delivering business value through technology and change.
