Key Responsibilities:
As a Chef De Partie, you'll play an important role within the kitchen team, including:
Working a mixture of split and straight shifts
Running your own section within a busy fresh-food hotel restaurant
Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to consistent standards
Supporting service across the hotel's restaurant operations
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen organisation
Working closely with the wider kitchen brigade during busy services
What we're looking for:
To succeed in this Chef De Partie role, you'll ideally have:
Previous experience at Chef De Partie level
A strong background working with fresh food
Good organisational and communication skills
The ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen
A passion for producing high-quality dishes consistently
