This role will suit a detail-focused professional with strong construction delivery skills, design and specification knowledge, and the ability to manage project close-out and final handover documentation.

* Proven experience in construction delivery and finishing stages
* Strong knowledge of design and specifications
* Ability to oversee quality, compliance, and standards
* Skilled in preparing and completing handover documentation
Contract & Pay:
* Freelance basis
* £25 per hour
