Were partnering with a well-established and growing business in Poole to recruit an Application Support Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit IT team of eight within a supportive, friendly environment where collaboration, curiosity, and attention to detail are truly valued. This newly created role is being brought in to replace a remote contractor, so youll play an important hands-on role on-site, supporting internal users and keeping critical business systems running smoothly. The Role As an Application Support Analyst, youll provide day-to-day support for a range of key systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and other business applications. Youll manage a busy ticket queue, troubleshoot integration and data issues, and work with internal teams and external suppliers to keep everything running efficiently. Youll also play a big part in identifying system improvements, testing changes, documenting processes, and helping users get the best out of the technology available. What Were Looking For Were open on background you might be: Currently working in IT Support with exposure to application support, or A system superuser ready to step up into a dedicated applications role. Either way, youll need to be used to working in fast-paced environments, handling high volumes, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Youll thrive in this role if youre: Naturally curious and a quick learner who retains information well. A self-starter who takes ownership of issues and drives them to resolution. Personable, communicative, and great at working with others. Known for your attention to detail and methodical problem-solving. Experience with Business Central or similar ERP systems is highly desirable, along with knowledge of Microsoft 365/SharePoint, FileMaker, or Zendesk.
