Overview
Service Manager – Location: Kilmarnock, KA1 4DA. Hours: 42 per week, Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm. Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (DOE).
We’re looking for a proactive and motivated Service Manager to support the running of our client’s busy Service Centre in Kilmarnock. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Support in the day-to-day management of the Service Centre team, ensuring performance is maximised in line with company policies.
* Ensure compliance with all contract administration procedures.
* Coach, motivate and develop your team to achieve excellence.
* Oversee Health & Safety practices, ensuring all processes and activities meet regulations.
* Maintain the highest standards of customer care, service, and product quality.
* Deputise for the Service Centre Manager in their absence.
Skills & Experience
* Previous supervisory experience, ideally within hire or a fast-paced industry (desirable but not essential).
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* IT literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Practical knowledge of Health & Safety at work.
* Self-motivated with the drive to succeed and maintain high standards.
* Full UK driving licence required.
