The Role
We’re looking for two full-time Sales Development Reps (SDRs) to join our go-to-market team in Christchurch. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role perfect for someone early in their career who’s ready to grow fast, take ownership, and make a meaningful difference in the world of education.
You’ll be the first point of contact with prospective schools across the globe, driving top-of-funnel activity, sparking interest, and booking high-quality demos with school leaders.
Day to day you’ll be:
* Owning the top of the sales funnel, from prospect research to first contact to qualified handover
* Running thoughtful outbound campaigns using Apollo, email, calls, and LinkedIn
* Booking qualified demos for our Account Executives
* Collaborating closely with AEs to ensure a smooth handover and great trial experience
* Tracking progress, notes, and engagement in HubSpot
* Actively contributing to our outbound messaging, campaigns, and GTM playbook
* Learning from feedback and coaching to sharpen your outreach and sales instincts
This role is for you if you
* Have 0–2 years of experience as an SDR/BDR or outbound role and are hungry to learn
* Are highly motivated by goals and love the buzz of hitting targets
* Communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in written format
* Bring a curious mindset and genuinely enjoy solving problems
* Are organised and independent, but excited to collaborate and learn as part of a team
* Care about education, student wellbeing, and want your work to make a difference
* Are based in Christchurch and open to working later hours to reach international schools
* Are familiar with HubSpot, Apollo, or similar tools (bonus)
What you can earn
Our commission model is simple and uncapped. You’ll be rewarded for every qualified school demo you book and every trial you help generate (or school that converts directly).
