We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented individual to join our team in a dual role, with the position predominantly focused on Asbestos Analyst duties, particularly air monitoring and four-stage clearance procedures.
This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career as an Asbestos Analyst, while gaining exposure to complementary site-based duties that broaden technical knowledge and experience.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities – Asbestos Analyst (Main Focus)
* Carrying out air monitoring, reassurance testing, and four-stage clearances
* Setting up and managing air testing equipment
* Undertaking visual inspections of asbestos removal works
* Producing accurate analytical reports and certification
* Ensuring work is completed in line with HSG248 and company procedures
* Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and site teams
Secondary Responsibilities (Supporting Role)
* Assisting with site inspections and basic asbestos-related surveys (where trained)
* Supporting senior staff with data collection and site documentationLearning wider consultancy processes to support career development
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* A strong interest in developing a career as an Asbestos Analyst
* BOHS qualifications or equivalent P403 and P404, A P402 is desirable
* Previous air testing or site-based experience is advantageous
* Professional attitude and ability to work independently on site
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
