About The Role
Location: Connon Bridge Transfer Station, East Tap House
1. Salary £13.37 per hour
2. Working 45 hours per week
3. Working pattern: Tuesday - Friday
4. Start time: 07:00 am - 17:00 pm Saturday 06:30 am - 13:30 pm
5. Full PPE provided
6. Work Every Bank holiday
What will I be doing?
7. Maintaining accurate records for the removal of material from the site and of all the activities undertaken on the site.
8. Controlling the exchange of containers, by booking loads with the relevant persons thus ensuring the site always has space to segregate and store material correctly.
9. Maintaining a tidy and safe site.
10. To undertake first aider duties and fire warden duties on site.
11. Any other duties that are reasonably requested within the scope of the job-role
What are the requirements?
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player, who will be expected to obtain a full working understanding of the site licence / permit and who will work to ensure site operations exceed the standards required.
12. A flexible approach to work will be advantageous, as you will be expected to cover holiday and sick days if required.
13. The successful applicant will be required to undertake personal development to obtain skills for waste acceptance, operation and maintenance of site equipment.
14. Having basic administration skills for the recording of data on SUEZ R & R UK’s reporting systems will also be advantageous.
