The Role * This new role is responsible for the scheduling of all projects across facilities. * An experienced planner with a strong ability to analyse and interpret production capacity, ensuring resources, labour and equipment are effectively aligned with operational demand. * Working closely with the Project Engineers on projects by maintaining detailed project plans, tracking milestones, and ensuring schedule accuracy throughout the project lifecycle. * Proven capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Responsible for laying out the framework that guides a project’s progression from initiation to completion. * Identification and segregation of different tasks that make up a project, setting milestones and deadlines and monitoring progress. * Ensuring that a project is completed efficiently and on time, while staying within budget constraints. * Create plans that outline the steps and resources required including forming a documented roadmap and timeline to follow, which helps to ensure that the project progresses smoothly and on schedule. * In partnership with Sales, produce the most accurate capacity forecast plausible from given market data. * Leads the cross-functional ...
