Berkeley Scott is proud to partner with a 5 Star boutique hotel in South Wales. We are recruiting a Bar & Lounge Supervisor to join the food and beverage team, working in partnership with the Head Sommelier and Food & Beverage Manager to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities for Bar & Lounge Supervisor:
7. Oversee the day-to-day operation of the bar and lounge areas
8. Support wine service and standards in collaboration with the Head Sommelier
9. Contribute to the development of bar and lounge menus
10. Ensure service standards are met consistently
11. Work collaboratively with the wider food and beverage team
Essential Skills and Experience for Bar & Lounge Supervisor
12. Experience working within food and beverage operations
13. Experience delivering service in a quality-led hospitality environment
14. Knowledge of bar and lounge service standards
15. Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively within a team
16. Organisational skills and attention to detail
