Your new role
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across the organisationProvide expert advice and guidance to hiring managers and HR colleaguesSupport critical or high-risk vacancies with proactive solutionsAdminister recruitment activity using the applicant tracking systemBuild strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior managementSupport delivery of recruitment and resourcing projectsCoordinate, review and standardise job descriptions across the businessUpload and maintain job descriptions within internal systemsContribute to process improvements and development of training materialsWhat you'll need to succeed
Experience within a customer-focused HR or recruitment environmentStrong understanding of recruitment processes and best practiceExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to deliver high-quality customer service and managepeting prioritiesExperience using recruitment systems and MS OfficeStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsExperience supporting projects and implementing new processesMinimum of 3 years’ experience in HR, recruitment, business support or similarWhat you'll get in return
