Responsibilities: We install and configure network infrastructure and hardware. We support switching, routing, firewall, and load balancing activities. We conduct infrastructure surveys and technical refresh activities. We support office moves, adds, and changes. We perform network testing and impact assessments. We troubleshoot LAN/WAN and voice network environments. We work alongside Project Managers, Architects, and Technical SMEs to deliver network infrastructure projects within a secure enterprise environment.
