Job Description
Cobalt is hiring a Consultant to join our General Practice Real Estate team.
This is a true 360 role with the opportunity to build a specialist market across the real estate investment and development space, backed by a strong brand, an established client base and a high-performing team.
You’ll be joining one of Cobalt’s most established divisions, working closely with our Managing Director, Real Estate Lead and an experienced consultant, giving you real support, senior exposure and a platform that helps you bill faster.
The Role
You will:
* Run a 360 desk, managing both candidates and clients
* Build a specialist market across areas such as Asset Management, Capital Markets, Development & Delivery, Fund/Investment Management, Property Management and Valuation/Lease Advisory
* Act as an account manager for key clients, delivering a first-class service
* Win new business and agree commercially viable terms
* Cross-sell across Cobalt’s wider teams and locations
* Contribute to the team business plan and growth strategy
We work across asset classes including Offices, Industrial & Logistics, Retail & Leisure, Residential Alternatives (BTR, PBSA, Later Living) and Commercial Alternatives (Life Sciences, Data Centres, Hospitality, Healthcare).
About You
* Proven recruitment experience (360 preferred)
* Commercially driven and confident managing client relationships
* Interest or understanding of real estate / the built environment is useful (but not essential)
* Motivated to specialise and build a long-term market
