A newly launched venture, led by some of the biggest names in North West construction, is seeking a Freelance Project Manager for a 6-month contract to help deliver a major high-rise residential scheme at the heart of Manchester’s urban regeneration zone.
As Freelance Project Manager, you’ll take a lead role in delivering a multi-tower residential development with podium gardens, lifestyle amenities, and striking skyline views. You’ll coordinate main contractor activities, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure programme, quality, and handover goals are met.
This is a high-impact role on a standout scheme, offering autonomy, visibility, and a competitive day rate – with longer-term potential for future projects under the same leadership.
