What you’ll be doing:
Deliver outstanding teaching, level 3 learning and assessment practices that engage and inspire learners to fulfil their
individual
potential and develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours to successfully progress within the business
Take professional pride in their role and embrace continuous professional development opportunities in support of delivering innovative and impactful teaching, learning and assessment
Assess and monitor learner progress & performance in line with standards and legislative requirements to ensure occupational competence
Coach employees and learners to reach their full potential by providing key support, mentoring,
challenge
and motivation throughout all aspects of their learning journey
Develop learners that are innovative thinkers and creative problem solvers, through designing and delivering learning content as part of a blended learning pedagogy focused on delivering vocational excellence
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
Coaching and mentoring skills
Effective
interpersonal skills
specifically when dealing with welfare, support and safeguarding issues
Electrical engineering qualification
Desirable:
A1/Assessor qualification
Teaching Qualification Level 3
Military and/or Maritime background

You will join a dynamic team of professionals, assessing a number of apprentices through their programme and supporting a range of early careers activities, including interviewing, inductions, career events
etc .
