Our client is seeking a dynamic and motivated Contact Centre Team Leader to lead their multi-brand Customer Service team. The Contact centre Team Leader will support the Management team, ensuring that all customer queries are handled to the highest standards where service excellence is critical to business success. Acting as an escalation point for members of the Customer Service team and other internal teams of the business relating to customer queries.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a Contact Centre Team Leader to join this global company within their prestigious, modern Chester office. The role is a full-time 12-month fixed term contract.
The hours of work are Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.
