Shebbear Community School are seeking a committed class teacher to join our team on a maternity cover basis teaching a mixed-age YR/1/2 Class. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality teaching and learning, and for creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
What We’re Looking For:
• A qualified teacher with QTS.
• Experience with teaching Year R and/or KS1 (ideally in a mixed-age class)
• A strong understanding of the primary and early years curriculum.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A positive attitude and team-player approach.
• Experience with Read, Write, Inc an advantage but not essential
