Role Summary of Regional Sales Manager: We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in South East England. Ideal for candidates based in the Home Counties, North of London, this role involves overseeing around 15 self-employed Sales Designers, reporting directly to the Sales Director. You will be responsible for not only achieving your own sales targets but also driving the team towards surpassing performance goals and fostering their professional growth. Key Responsibilities: Achieve a personal sales target and guide the regional sales team to excel beyond their targets. Provide continuous training, coaching, and development in sales strategies and product knowledge. Support Sales Designers in securing and closing deals, thereby contributing to overall team success. Lead regional sales meetings every two months to enhance team cohesion and drive performance. Engage in national sales discussions and strategic executive meetings to align with overall company goals. Manage lead distribution, reporting, recruitment, and onboarding for new team members. Participate in Furniture R&D and enhance the companys SketchUp capabilities. Perform regular forecasting and quarterly reviews with team members to aid their development.
