We are an established managed service provider providing IT services across Lancashire since 1999. We are a small but expanding team dedicated to managing IT and communications. We are conveniently located in Riversway - the Preston docks area. We are at an exciting point in our growth and are looking for a new engineer to join our team and grow with us.
The ideal candidate will have a number of years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in IT systems and network management. You must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Your Duties as IT Support / Helpdesk Engineer will include :
* Troubleshooting IT issues both remotely and on-site
* Installing and configuring IT hardware and software
* Managing cloud based systems and services
* Managing and updating documentation
Our Ideal Candidate will have :
* Prior experience working in an MSP technical role
* In depth knowledge and experience supporting Microsoft Windows/Windows Server
* A sound knowledge of IT security concepts and services
* Good understanding of networking
* Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
* Fantastic time management
* Excellent communication skills
* Competent spoken/written English
* Enthusiasm for the job and IT
* Full UK driving license
