We're building the best pet care business in the world — and, within the Veterinary Business, we’re looking for a Business Development Partner to help us get there. This is more than just a role — it’s your chance to help our veterinary teams in our company owned practices thrive, develop and deliver the very best in care across our growing ecosystem.
What You’ll Do:
1. Partner with around 10 company-owned veterinary practices, acting as a coach, consultant and trusted advisor
2. Mentor new Practice Owners to be their very best
3. Lead the opening of new practices
4. Support Practice Leads to drive commercial success, improve team performance and embed our culture and values
5. Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across Clinical, Finance, Marketing and People teams
6. Bring strategic plans to life through hands-on support and clear, consistent communication
7. Identify growth opportunities, support business planning and lead key reviews
8. Be a brand advocate, shaping the local market presence and delivering real, measurable impact
What We’re Looking For:
9. A strong commercial background with experience in multi-site operations is a must
10. Skilled coach and communicator with a passion for developing people and teams
11. Ability to analyse performance data, spot opportunities and take action
12. Emotionally intelligent, empathetic and resilient – able to navigate complex challenges
13. A collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment
14. A full UK driving licence and flexibility for travel
