Key Purpose: You will support the General Manager with the development of the strategy for your business unit. You will be responsible for driving initiatives for organic growth as appropriate from revenue generation through projects and maintenance. You will have strong client-facing and management skills.
Your Responsibilities
* Lead the usual activities of Professional Services, Customer Support and Product, including supporting existing customers, driving customer satisfaction, achieving financial targets, advocating innovation, influencing the product roadmap, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Proactively lead, build, and motivate the teams, continuing to build on a flexible, trusting approach to people engagement.

Accountability
Strategic and operational responsibilities include:
* Strategy: Support the development and execution of the strategic plan for growth and profitability; ensure PS and Maintenance metrics are on track.
* Financials: Deliver annual net revenues and EBITDA targets; support the General Manager with plans to achieve annual core ratio targets; understand CSI management reporting with Finance support.
* Customers: Provide superior customer support; ensure sustainable, profitable commercial terms; manage key client escalations and ensure live project deliverables are met and signed off; maintain high customer satisfaction.
* Projects: Ensure metrics and ROI reporting; work with Head of Technology to prioritise maintenance and revenue work; ensure accurate estimations and forecasting; lead the project team to adjust strategy as required.
* Staff: Lead a team of up to 20 staff with two senior managers reporting; communicate priorities; motivate and develop staff; hold monthly/quarterly meetings; maintain employee engagement; ethical and compliant leadership.
To Be Eligible
* Educated to degree level or equivalent
* Proven experience at a Manager/Director level in operations/professional services/project management or a customer-facing function
* Experience operating in a technology vertical market
* Experience directing a diverse group of professionals to accomplish complex tasks
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and team-building skills; capable of motivating personnel at all levels
* Exceptional negotiating skills
* Understanding of financial disciplines and track record of process improvement
* Experience managing multiple, complex operational projects simultaneously
* Willing to travel domestically and internationally to attend customers and collaboration events
