We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a 1-1 residential care worker on a full-time basis.
The main duties of this role are to provide 1-1 care and support to meet individuals' physical, emotional, and social needs based on their individual support plan, ensuring their safety and well-being.
You must have direct experience of caring for adults, either in a paid or voluntary setting.
It is essential to have good communication skills and the ability to listen empathically and act on individual needs and preferences to provide the best support.
You will ensure that the person's values, rights, choices, and dignity are respected at all times.
You need to hold a care certificate, level 2 care apprenticeship, or an equivalent qualification, or be willing to work towards achieving these qualifications.
