You will work 4 nights in every 7‑day period. Shifts are spread across the full week, including weekends Nights Despatch – 20:05 to 06:05 Load totes into frames ready for delivery and sort returned totes. This is a physical role involving regular lifting — no gym membership needed! Nights Pick – 18:35 to 04:35 Pick and pack customer orders into totes with support from our cutting‑edge robotic systems. Nights Inbound – 19:00 to 06:00 Receive goods from suppliers and place them into totes ready for our pickers and robots. What you get £12.84 per hour basic pay + £2.67 per hour night premium
