Residential Conveyancing Paralegal | Leeds /H ybrid Working | up to £40,00 per annum | High-Quality Caseload | National Client An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join a busy and growing team handling high-quality work, without the pressure of constant client chasing. Alongside an excellent hybrid working policy, this role offers the chance to be part of an ambitious and expanding, nationwide firm. The Role: You will work with a broad range of clients including local authorities, developers, and investors, assisting on: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases New build plot sales for developers Transactions from inception to completion About You: You will be confident managing straightforward sale and purchase matters independently, with a strong understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction through to completion. You will also support two fee earners on a more complex caseload of residential freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
