Job Title: Resident Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) Engineer
Location: Alderley Park, Macclesfield (1 site with 40 buildings)
Salary: £35, to £38, per year (based on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (Standard working hours with possible out-of-hours callout shifts)

We are seeking a dedicated Residential LEV Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance and delivering high-quality service regarding fume cupboards and LEV systems at the Alderley Park estate, which includes 40 buildings. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact, improve systems, and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Carry out statutory compliance testing of Class 1 and Class 2 fume cupboards
2. Identify and implement proactive improvements to LEV systems
3. Conduct small repairs to fume cupboards
4. Respond to reactive repair requests
5. Perform plantroom cleaning and inspections
6. Join an out-of-hours callout rota for emergency support
7. Supervise and escort contractors as required
8. Ensure compliance with COSHH regulations

9. P Qualification (Essential)
10. COSHH training (Essential)
Experience:
11. Experience working with fume cupboards (Class 1 & 2)
12. Familiarity with using computers, tablets, phones, and CAFM systems
13. Previous experience with Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) plant systems
