Main duties will be: Prepare, cook and present food quickly and efficiently Ensure that the kitchen is maintained to a high level and is clean and safe at all times Complete daily, weekly and monthly in-house checks and audits Qualifications & Training Minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Experience Knowledge of Health and Safety, Food Safety and CoSHH Qualities and Attitude You need to be extremely motivated and possess good cooking skills. Take pride in the appearance of the kitchen Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Able to influence and work collaboratively at all levels across the business.
