Description
* Manage financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to support business objectives.
* Prepare and analyse financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
* Oversee month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
* Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
* Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to support decision-making.
* Ensure compliance with tax regulations and liaise with external auditors as necessary.
* Lead and mentor a team within the accounting and finance department to achieve targets and maintain high standards.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient financial systems.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
* A professional qualification in accounting, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
* Proven experience in financial management within the property industry.
* Strong technical skills with expertise in financial reporting and analysis.
* Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

Job Offer
* Competitive salary between £65,000 and £75,000 per annum.
