Job description
We are seeking an Accounts/Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, implementing & maintaining office systems and ensuring statutory returns are completed on time. This role requires proficiency in accounting software and a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles.

* Sales/Purchase.
* Nominal Ledgers.
* Reconcile Bank Statements.
* Payroll.
* EC Sales.
* VAT/NOVA, Business Surveys.
* Social Media.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
* 5 years or more experience as an Bookkeeper or similar.
* Proficiency in accounting and payroll software.
* Knowledge of bookkeeping principles.
* Be able to implement new systems.
Desirable Skills
* Social Media.
* Human Resource Skills.
