Hampton Bridge School is a specialist school for pupils aged 6 – 19, set on the edge of Northampton city centre. Our creative, individualised approach to learning is centred around well-being and skills for independence. From the time our students arrive, we start thinking about where students will be moving to after they leave us to ensure they are well prepared to achieve their goals and succeed.
Role Overview
The Curriculum Coordinator will work with the Senior Leadership Team to determine and quality assure the strategic development of all aspects of curriculum delivery, including the development and quality assurance of the initial assessment and baselining of potential students. They will also develop and quality assure individualised programmes of delivery for new students. The successful candidate will be supported by an induction programme that will include working with senior leaders and schools across our group throughout the summer term.
Responsibilities
* Support the strategic development and quality assurance of curriculum delivery across the school.
* Oversee development and quality assurance of initial assessment and baselining for potential students.
* Develop and quality assure individualised programmes of delivery for new students.
* Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team and participate in induction activities with senior leaders and partner schools.
Qualifications and Experience
* Passion for supporting pupils with SEMH and ASC needs.
