L'Oréal Luxe Multi-Brand Eventing Executive
L'Oréal Luxe is seeking a Multi-Brand Eventing Executive responsible for coordinating and aligning business functions on all multi-brand activities. The role involves fostering a unified approach to the consumer journey, supporting multi-brand activations, and ensuring collaboration between head office, Retail field management, and stores.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate multi-brand activities across brands, channels, and categories, in collaboration with BUs and Retail & Omni Education.
* Ensure all activations and events have clear objectives, conduct post-activity reviews to monitor ROI, and recommend improvements.
* Communicate the calendar and timing of events/activities to stakeholders.
* Develop a library of multi-brand events with Omni Services & Education to enhance consumer experience.
* Deliver on all O+O consumer experience KPIs.
* Coordinate and contribute to Retail Drive, BA conferences, and Retailer Conferences.
Event Tools & Setup
* Develop event kits to boost in-store consumer engagement and retail conversion for multi-brand, category, and artistry teams.
* Collaborate with Senior Area Managers & Retail Management to deliver MB activities and communicate calendar changes timely.
* Work with Senior Area Managers & Retail Management to ensure proper staffing and resource allocation.
Budget Management
* Ensure all MB events and activities are within budget.
* Coordinate temporary staffing and manage related payments.

* Head office based, Level 4.
