Were now looking for an organised and enthusiastic Order Processing Administrator to join the team and help keep our online operations running smoothly.
About the Role
As our Order Processing Administrator, youll make sure every customer order is processed accurately, carefully packed, and dispatched on time. Youll help maintain tidy stock areas, keep our systems updated, and play a key role in supporting our growing online business.
This is a hands-on role in a lively independent music environment, ideal for someone whos detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoys being part of a small team that loves what they do.
Key Responsibilities
Process and pack online and in-store orders quickly and accurately.
Prepare postage labels and arrange courier collections (Royal Mail, DPD, etc.).
Pick stock from the shop floor and storage areas, checking items carefully.
Keep order and inventory systems up to date.
Assist with deliveries unpacking, checking, and restocking items.
Respond to customer enquiries about orders, shipping, and returns.
Maintain tidy packing and stock areas.
Support the shop floor team when necessary with general duties (tidying, merchandising, serving customers).
Skills and Experience
Essential:
Previous retail, warehouse, or e-commerce experience.
A genuine interest in music and vinyl culture.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable using computers and online sales platforms.
Desirable:
Music and vinyl record knowledge
Experience with excel spreadsheets, Discogs, or eBay.
Familiarity with courier and postage systems (e.g. Royal Mail Click & Drop).
