Responsibilities:
* Answering and directing phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
* Checking and managing emails, ensuring prompt responses and effective communication
* Dispatching notes on Sage Line 50, maintaining accurate records and documentation
* Taking detailed messages and forwarding them to the appropriate team members
* Organising FedEx shipments by 3pm, ensuring timely delivery
* Ensuring all parcels are labelled correctly and ready for despatch
* Assisting with general administrative tasks as required
