Overview
Band 2 Clerical Officer supporting the Therapies and Integrated Care Division within the Community Response Hubs, across Tarporley War Memorial Hospital, Fountains Medical Centre and Custom House, Ellesmere Port. Provides high‑quality administrative support to the NHS at Home directorate, operating 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to telephone enquiries from team members, other professionals, patients and families.
* Order equipment and manage procurement.
* Perform word processing, create flow charts, and maintain documents in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Provide day‑to‑day administrative duties within the office.
* Use initiative, common sense and strong communication and organisational skills to support the hub.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proficiency in computer applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of EPR and EMIS is an advantage.
* Professional and pleasant manner at all times; enthusiastic about the NHS@Home directorate.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
