We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead and elevate our F&B operations. You will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage services, ensuring impeccable standards, driving revenue growth, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team
Ensure exceptional service standards are consistently delivered
Oversee daily operations, including restaurant, bar, events, and in-room dining
Manage budgets, cost control, and profitability targets
Drive guest satisfaction, handling feedback and continuously improving service
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
Implement creative strategies to enhance revenue and guest engagement
About You
Proven experience in a senior F&B management role within a luxury hotel
Strong leadership and team development skills
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and KPIs
Passion for fine dining, wines, and luxury hospitality trends
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Experience
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail in both service delivery and operational processes.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
