We have a great opportunity for a Materials Controller to join our team, this post would be based on our site at Wixams on a permanent contra
ct.
Wixams is a dual branded development, with new homes being built from both our Hopkins Homes and Tilia Homes bra
nds.
The aim of the post is to efficiently manage the call off and delivery of materials in line with the build programme for site, will process customer options in line with delivery times and sales selections and lead in waste control and segrega
tion.

Ensure materials are called off in time to meet the build pr
* ogrammeLiaise with Suppliers to confirm delivery arran

* ordersMonitors build progress with site teams to ensure materials due in are still required to dates req
