Overview
Operations Support Manager (6 month contract) at Marston Holdings (NSL, part of Marston Holdings Ltd.). The role supports the Client Account Manager, leads the enforcement team, and acts as a point of contact for the client.
Responsibilities
* Leading and motivating the enforcement team, ensuring they have the tools and equipment to do their jobs
* Handling written customer enquiries and complaints
* Preparing the monthly enforcement plan and monitoring its success
* Assisting in developing Quality Assurance systems and procedures
* Managing the implementation and removal of parking suspensions
* Controlling costs of consumables
* Managing vehicle costs and maintenance through process management and telematics
Person specification
* Excellent level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
* Strong leadership skills
* Organised and self-motivated
* Experience with reporting and presenting to senior management
