Citizens Advice New Forest (CANF) has an exciting opportunity for 2 x advisers to join its established Hampshire-wide Debt Advice service. These roles will improve the debt advice support available for vulnerable clients either living across Tadley, Rushmoor, Hart & East Hampshire OR in the Eastleigh, Southampton & New Forest area. Both roles are funded through the National Lottery and have been created to meet the increasing demand for debt advice as people deal with the cost of living and other financial struggles. Our aim is to improve both their debt situation and overall sense of well being. We are looking for candidates who are: - passionate about helping vulnerable people living on low incomes - a good listener, able to understand an individuals needs and come up with realistic solutions that will help a person better manage their finances - empathetic and able to work with people struggling with their mental health - a self starter who is committed to quality standards and seeks continuous professional development
