Responsibilities Support execution of complex M&A, restructuring, and capital-raising transactions within the healthcare sector. Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses. Assist in due diligence, preparation of client presentations, and transaction documentation. Contribute to high-quality pitch materials and market research. Collaborate with senior team members and global offices on cross-border mandates. Develop sector insights and stay informed on industry trends and regulatory developments. Requirements 3-5 years of investment banking or related financial advisory experience, ideally with exposure to healthcare. Strong technical skills in financial modelling, valuation, and transaction analysis. Excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
