Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Up to £54,720 (depending on experience)
We’re on the lookout for a skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a growing business that's serious about investing in people, progress, and top-tier kit.
If you’ve got a strong mechanical and electrical background, especially in food, FMCG, or dairy, this is your chance to join a tight-knit team and make a real impact. You’ll be a key player in keeping fast-moving production lines running smoothly — and you’ll do it on a steady night shift with long weekends every week.
What you’ll be doing:

Electrical and mechanical installations
*
Troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical systems
*
Keeping high-speed packing lines in top shape
*
Jumping on breakdowns to keep downtime low
*
Spotting and solving problems before they become issues
What we’re looking for:
*
Time-served engineer (apprenticeship trained ideal)
*
Solid experience in FMCG, food, or dairy
*
Confident with both mechanical systems and electrical installs
*
Calm under pressure, quick to act, and always hands-on
*
Proactive mindset – you fix before things break
